DC BLOX Coronavirus Response Update

CURRENT STATUS AS OF: January 3, 2022

To our friends, customers and partners,

Due to the rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 cases from the Omicron variant, DC BLOX has adjusted its data center visitation policies.

Effective immediately, DC BLOX will require masks to be worn in all common areas of the data center including the lobby, conference rooms, hallways, and data halls.

DC BLOX will continue to enforce the current policies:

  • Maintaining an enhanced cleaning and sanitization schedule.
  • Monitoring of employee COVID symptoms and quarantining per CDC guidelines.
  • DC BLOX operations staff will practice social distancing at all times.
  • Offering free Remote Hands Services for customers who wish to avoid visiting the data center.

In addition, for the safety of our employees and customers, we request that you please contact DC BLOX in the event that you test positive for COVID-19 within 3 days of visiting our data center. You may reach us by calling 877.590.1684, pressing “0” and asking for COVID-19 support, or by sending an email to COVID19@dcblox.com.

Thank you again for your patience and diligence. We recognize that it is becoming increasingly challenging to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but we nonetheless strive to do what we can to keep everyone safe and healthy. If you are concerned about catching this contagious virus, then we recommend that you avoid visiting the data center and take us up on our free Remote Hands Services where possible.

Sincerely,

Jeff Uphues
DC BLOX CEO
