DC BLOX Coronavirus Response Update

CURRENT STATUS AS OF: August 9, 2021

To our friends, customers and partners,

As I’m sure you know, the number of COVID-19 cases has once again surged in all our data center markets. DC BLOX takes our role of protecting the operation of your critical infrastructure very seriously and it therefore making a modification to our COVID policy.

Effective immediately, DC BLOX will again require masks to be worn in all common areas of the data center including the lobby, conference rooms, hallways, and data halls. Temperature checks will also be taken during entry to the data center.

DC BLOX will continue to enforce the current policies:

  • Maintaining an enhanced cleaning and sanitization schedule.
  • Monitoring of employee COVID symptoms and quarantining as needed.
  • DC BLOX operations staff will continue to practice social distancing at all times.
  • Offering Remote Hands Services for customers who wish to avoid visiting the data center.

Thank you again for your patience and diligence. We continue to monitor cases and hospitalizations in our markets and will adjust our safety policies as appropriate.
