Jessica Hults is responsible for DC BLOX’s HR and People Strategy, which includes recruitment, employee retention, benefits, and payroll.  

Jessica brings 7+ years of experience in helping companies grow and scale. Having had the opportunity to work for the Atlanta Tech Village, followed by joining Terminus in its early days, helped shape her perspective on what makes a great people strategy and company culture.  

Jessica holds an BS in Public Policy from Georgia State University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and cat, and is a huge foodie, avid reader, and matcha fanatic.
