Leadership – Tricia Pridemore

Tricia Pridemore serves as Executive Vice President of Energy, Regulatory and Policy at DC BLOX, leading the company’s engagement with energy providers, policymakers, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders. In this role, she supports the expansion of the company’s data center footprint and energy strategy, including the negotiation of power purchase agreements for grid, natural gas, renewable, and nuclear energy resources.

Tricia brings extensive experience across energy regulation, public policy, technology, and workforce development. Before joining DC BLOX, she served for more than eight years on the Georgia Public Service Commission, where she helped establish energy regulatory policy, oversee integrated resource planning, and navigate complex utility infrastructure decisions.

Nationally, Tricia served as President of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and was appointed to the National Petroleum Council under two U.S. Secretaries of Energy. Earlier in her career, she founded, built, and successfully sold the software company Accucast and later directed statewide workforce development initiatives for the State of Georgia.

Tricia has been recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential Georgians and served on the gubernatorial transition teams for Governors Nathan Deal and Brian Kemp. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University.
