Cable Landing Stations

Diverse, High-Capacity Access in the Burgeoning Southeast

DC BLOX is advancing international connectivity with its growing portfolio of subsea cable landing stations (CLS) strategically located in the Southeastern United States. With facilities in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Palm Coast, Florida, DC BLOX provides global communications partners with diverse, high-capacity access to and from the US market and beyond.

Each DC BLOX cable landing station is purpose-built to host multiple subsea cables and provide secure, carrier-neutral colocation for hyperscalers, global telecom providers, network operators, and enterprises. With Myrtle Beach offering direct dark fiber access to Atlanta and both locations strategically positioned in the Southeast, DC BLOX cable landing stations serve as critical nodes in the global digital economy.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The DC BLOX Myrtle Beach CLS is strategically located on the South Carolina coast between other cable landing locations in Florida and Virginia Beach, where it offers direct access to the rapidly expanding hyperscale data center footprint in the Southeast. The location provides geographic diversity among existing cable landings on the Eastern seaboard and facilitates regional connectivity to the rapidly growing Atlanta area and to Ashburn, Virgina.

Palm Coast, Florida (Opening Q1 2027)

The DC BLOX Palm Coast CLS, expected to be operational by Q1 2027, will support six new subsea cables that connect through Flagler Beach, Florida. Anchored by a major hyperscale tenant, this facility will provide global access to the United States through a Southeast location distinct from Miami and Jacksonville cable landings in Florida. It will complement DC BLOX’s existing cable landing station in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, offering greater route diversity and resiliency for international communications.
