DC BLOX to Speak at PTC’19

DC BLOX Chief Executive Officer Jeff Uphues will speak at the Pacific Telecommunications Council Conference (PTC’19) on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 2:50pm. The annual conference is a strategic springboard for the global communications industry, providing attendees with a three-day platform to focus on planning, networking, and discovering what the new year will bring.

Mr. Uphues will join presenters from FiberLight and Zayo for a panel discussion titled, “Liquid Networks and Edgy Data Centers”. This panel will discuss the role of different stakeholders in delivering content to the Edge and assess factors such as:

  • Who are the most important players in the edge eco-system?
  • How does one balance balance latency vs. location?
  • What are the fastest-growth edge markets?
  • What is the role of SDN and emerging technologies such as AR and VR?
